“What do you think?” I look at you a bit skeptically as I wait for your response.

We have been best friends for about 4 years now, and we’ve been through it all together. Even though we have had a few drunken make outs and a few closer… moments, we’ve both made it clear multiple times that we’re only friends. Sometimes, though, I feel like I’m interested in being more than just your friend, but I really don’t wanna break our friendship. I know that i shouldn’t feel like this, but it’s hard when you’re so… beautiful, funny and kind.

We’re currently sitting in the studio; me, you, mitch and Sarah. Just now, I played one of the songs that I wrote with Mitch for my debut solo album. I haven’t really ever told you, but you’ve been my muse for most of the songs I’ve written, and this one is not an exception.
