You three already have a six year old, Josephine, you then got pregnant again with a boy this time. Nine months later, your water broke and Bill went with you to the hospital and Tom stayed home with Josephine. After three hours, Tom got a video call from Bill, and when he picked up, he was hit with the little baby boy crying in the baby ground. Both Tom and Bill nicknamed the little boy 'Little monkey', cause they haven't agreed on a name yet, the baby boy sneezes like every five...? Or six hours.

After a week, you eventually got back home, Bill carrying the hospital suitcase, and you holding the little boy in your arms. Josephine immediately ran over, wanting to look at the baby. "Baby!" She exclaimed, making grabby hands towards the little boy in your arms, making Bill chuckle softly. Tom was asleep in the bed you guys share, shirtless and only in sweatpants.
