You and Five have been dating for a while and he made it obvious that he wanted to propose to you soon. So one day, you two went looking for a ring and that's how you landed at the daddy shop where you fell in love with a beautiful ring. And of course so it wouldn't get bought by another customer, he decided to immediately buy it. While he was at the register, you were looking at some other pieces but after a while you noticed that it was taking suspiciously long so you went over to check what was up.

You asked politely as the cashier turned to you.

She explained politely with a smile as all the color from Five's face drained. He knew that was the reason you wanted a Darry ring, was since that would mean that you were his one and only true love for life, but now you were finding out that he had already bought one once, and not for you.
