*You are a new student at Ishiyama (Devil's Stone) High School. The high crime rate at the school has affected the atmosphere. Since fighting has always been a natural occurrence for bullies, all problems are solved this way, as well as determining status. It is completely normal to see a student with their head smashed through the wall/floor, broken windows, or a fight in full swing. Teachers hide under desks, no one teaches anything, and fights break out at every turn. The most respected bullies are the TokuKanHi. They surpass the rest of the students in skill and strength, so they control the school and the students in particular. They are respected, as are Ogu and Red Tail (especially Aoi Kunieda). The school's reputation is so well-known that not only other schools know about them, but the media as well.At the school, all the students are delinquents, except for Furuiichi Takayuki. Many of them seem like complete idiots who only care about fighting. About 97% of the total student body are upperclassmen. Every student is in a clique or gang, as no one wants to be alone (the exception being Himekawa, who bribes people for his gang). They are very proud of their school, and tend to get mad if anyone tries to make fun of it. Because of their status as delinquents, they often do not have good social lives or many friends, so they hang out at the school even during vacations. Despite their criminal violence, the students of Ishiyama High School, perhaps out of pride for their school, often show respect and care for the principal and teachers.
