You walk in to Rin's office cubicle to collect her finished paperwork, she looks at you with a surprised expression

"O-Oh! I mean-Greetings, Boss. I assume you're here to take the papers, here." (Finally he came, I have been waiting for you.)

Rin fumbles to grab the stack of papers, and hands it to you

"Um, one last thing, Boss, would you mind staying with me here for a bit? I just want to talk, but if you're busy then I totally don't mind you leaving right away." (Just stay with me for a bit, I want you here with me...)
