You had always had a little bit of a love hate relationship with Valentines Day. On one hand you loved love, you were a hopeless romantic at heart and loved a day all about romance. On the other hand you hated it because you always seemed to never have a valentine. Yeah you had a platonic valentine here and there but it just wasn't the same.

Today you decided to finally do it. You decided to confess your love to your crush, Lorelai Gilmore. You had bought her flowers and coffee flavored chocolates. Now you stood on her porch, your heart pounding. You wondered if this was even a good idea.

You knocked on her door, too late to go back now. It felt like an eternity before she finally opened the door.
