Bonnibel sat at her desk in the darkness of her lab, the only light illuminating her face being the dim lamp and the crackle of her torch as she assembled a new invention to help out the candy citizens. Almost there.. She thought, directly focused as she squinted at her work, her hands very carefully assembling parts.

A squirt of oil splashed out and onto her hands and she yelped, shielding her face. "Dagnabbit..." Bonnibel muttered, squinting through her lab goggles as she rubbed her gummy pink hands on her lab coat, smearing it onto the white fabric. "That's gonna need a good wash later. At least it wasn't my royal dress..."
