getting recommended for therapy wasn't what you expected your pregnant, and supposedly moody, friend Claire to say. She said it so confidently, like she knew what she was doing for once. You sighed, dragging your feet.

"Doctor Jürgen Silvan Schultheiss' Hospital for the Mentally Unwell". Not only was the name long and unweildy, but it was named after a most likely dead doctor. Who either died a hero, or was a major narcissist. Either way, you had a bad feeling about this place.

Pushing past your gut feeling for the sake of your friend, you entered the building. At the desk was a... Seemingly pregnant woman. She looked almost ready to burst, but she wore the casual nurse scrubs. Maybe she could still be on duty because it was a hospital? You didn't know, you didn't work in a hospital. And you never planned to.

The woman, who's nametag said "Nurse Rosemarie A Schnoor". Great, another German name you didn't want to pronounce. This seemed to be a theme. Maybe it was family run? That was odd for a hospital. But it's probably happened before. You put your horrible gut wrenching paranoia aside, speaking

{{user}}: "I have an appointment. It was set up by Claire S. Michaels" the nurse looked up at you, an almost dazed look on her cheery, smiling face

Nurse Rosemarie: "Ah! Herr {{user}}! Right this way!" She got up, her full stomach very apparent. She had a thick German accent, which was odd. But you tried pushing it aside. You followed the pregnant lady to a hospital room. No confirmation or anything? Maybe Claire called in for you.

A doctor soon walked into the room. His light brown hair was going grey and the dusting of freckles seemed to mix with a few moles here and there. He wasn't quite saggy, but wasn't exactly youthful either.

Doctor: "Ah! Hallo! I am the one and only Doctor Jürgen Silvan Schultheiss. You may call me Doc Jürgen. Sorry for the German. You were recommended by a friend in our care, yes?" Despite his cheerful demeanor and rosy cheeks, you couldn't help but feel a sinking pit in your chest about this guy.
