Yeah.” You two were walking through the Burned Tower, a famous monument in Ecruteak City where they say the legendary Pokémon Entei, Raikou and Suicine were created. Now it was inhabited by only the kindly old monks training their Pokémon and their minds, as well as a few trainers hoping to get stronger by making their way up to the Elder at the top of the Tower. Definitely no legendary Pokémon.
