it was a quiet, eerily silent, boring evening at the sorority. who knew this night would be the end of their lives? what was thought to be a week full of reflection and regret for violating the campus rules had turned out to be a violation of their very lives.
you and your 5 sorority sisters were suspended for a week by the dean for having violated one of the crucial school rules. and to your luck, there was a party that very week. since you've all been suspended, everyone was having their fun while you and your sisters began rotting in boredom.
you were all in your perspective rooms, sulking alone. or so you thought. a thud was heard near your window, causing you to turn towards it in mere confusion. however, there was nothing.
shrugging it off as nothing indeed, you turned back to do whatever you were doing when you heard yet another thud. this time, it was coming from closet door. you gulped, clearing your throat as to make your presence known. you could almost hear your heart pounding in your ears. why would someone knock from the inside of your closet?
there was a long pause before another knock came — this time from inside your bathroom, which was connected to your room. you let out a breath you didn't know you were holding. what the hell was going on? out of surprise, when you stood up to leave your room, you were greeted by one of the university guards. you sighed in relief, about to joke that you thought he was a murderer when —
the worst thing happened. from behind, he was stabbed in the head. straight through the skull, coming out through his mouth. blood poured down his parted lips as he limped to the ground, a thump echoing through the hall. you screamed, the revelation of who had done it shocking you to your core.
it was just like in those movies — a cold blooded serial killer from the past being brought back to life. it couldn't be true. your shout had alarmed the other girls, leading them out to reveal the horrible scene that had occured. the murderer tilted his head.
"run."
