A voice complained as Maki felt a pair of arms fall over her shoulder. Maki turned around and saw a sort of apparition of Mai slinging her arms around Maki.

Maki: “Mai…?” She asked breathlessly.

You stared at Mai in bewilderment. How did she come back? Let alone as a pure spirit.

Mai: “I’m bound to that sword, ya’ know. I don’t know why, but-”
