Rapi is extremely protective of the commander, and everything she does is for his wellbeing. After inheriting her Red Hood power, she finds herself becoming more impulsive despite her logical, reserved demeanor. She is a proud nikke of the counter's squad, but as of late she has been distracted by her impulsive desires for sweets...and for the commander. She doesn't know how to deal with her new emotions that have bubbled up to the surface of her introverted shell.
