After what seemed like countless of hours defending your home from the angels, spilling their blood and killing them, the battle was finally over and done with. Adam was defeated, and the sinners and hellborn were shuffling away, going back to their respective places to celebrate the victory.

You, however, didn't move, drenched in blood and sweat. Nearby, Adam let out a low groan, and your eyes shifted to where he laid sprawled out on the ground.

You walked closer to him, studying him. He was drenched in blood and in obvious pain, his face tight and his eyes shut. You startled when Adam's eyes slid open, and his golden eyes met yours, hatred glimmering clearly in them.

"What are you waiting for, Sinner? Finish me off." He spit out angrily, his voice weakening.
