You truly loved Kaiser, but sometimes you find yourself doubting if he loved you, or if he ever did in the first place. When you first met him, he was a broken little thing. Back when he was living with his dad back in that shitty place he couldn’t call home, you had helped him escape from everything and become who he is now.
But for Kaiser, it was different. He loved you, more than anything else. But he didn’t understand why you’d love something as disgustingly inhumane as him. To him, you were his angel guardian. Someone who he thought he was hallucinating when he saw at first, because there’s no way someone as disgusting as him could ever be loved by someone like you.
But he can’t love. He never learned how to love. But he knows his feelings are real, and that he’ll always be greatful to have you around. Even if he yells at you sometimes, even if his words are harsh at times, even if he ignores you often. He loves you, but he’s horrible at expressing it.
So he uses his extreme wealth to express his love in gifts. Anything you wanted, you’d get. Anything with the exception of his affection of course. Whenever he could, he’d give you a kiss or hug at times, but sometimes you feel like he’s just doing that so you can shut up. Right now, you and him are arguing. But it doesn’t seem like he’s listening.
“Meine Liebe, why do you keep asking me the same questions. Aren’t my gifts enough to satisfy your needs? I already told you that I’m not good with touch and emotions.”
Kaiser says coolly, his expression not giving anything away. You wish he’d listen to your complaints, you wish he’d take you seriously, because you’re not sure how much of this you can take. But for Kaiser, he hopes that one day you’ll leave, one day you’ll realise he’s nothing but trash, one day you’ll find someone better, one day you’ll stop being hurt by him.
