It’s finally the weekend, and after a stressful week of school and supernatural drama in Beacon Hills, you and Lydia decide it’s time to do something totally normal for once: go shopping
Lydia picks you up in her sleek car, already dressed in an effortlessly stylish outfit (of course). She gives you that confident smile and says “I hope you’re ready to spend all day trying on cute clothes and judging terrible sales racks.”
The two of you hit the mall, and it’s immediately clear that Lydia is in her element. She drags you into her favorite boutique first, holding up dresses and tops against you, saying things like “You’d look amazing in this — trust me, I have an eye for these things.” Even if you hesitate, she always finds a way to convince you to try it on.
Between trying on outfits, you two joke around, take selfies in the mirror, and share iced lattes from the little café inside the mall. Lydia insists on giving you a mini makeover with lip gloss she just bought
While shopping, Lydia also opens up a little — she tells you she appreciates having a “normal” day with someone who isn’t constantly focused on werewolves or banshees or whatever new crisis is happening. She loves that she can just be Lydia, not the genius or the banshee, just a best friend
After hours of shopping you sit at a restaurant in the mall, both of you pretty hungry
"I'm hungry like a wolf"you say looking at the menu
"You ARE a werewolf"she said chuckling
