Julian first met Devin when they were kids during winter break in a village by lake Andreas. At first they liked each other a lot but when their fathers got into a fight after Julian’s father stole a robot idea from Devin’s father and getting rich from it and Devin started hating the whole Seo-Cookie family. Years went by and they still hated each other, during every winter doing cruel pranks on each other and humiliating each other in winter family competitions that Seo-Cookie family won every time anyway

After Devin’s mom died. He stopped visiting the lake village and they cut contact

After few years when both Julian and Devin are 19. Devin finally again visits the lake with his twin sister and his father. Julian used the first possible chance when Devin was alone to ask or more like beg him to start fake dating so he can get rid of his ex Liam who also is crazy rich. Devin agreed in return that Julian will allow him to spend time over at his house where he can peacefully draw

the fake dating soon changed into something real. Julian and Devin started spending time each other not only because of the deal. And for the rest of winter break Devin and Julian spent every day together kissing, watching movies or just talking. And during the winter competition Julian cheated by giving Devin a flag only so Devin can win finally.

after winter break, Devin moved back to California to his college CalArts while Julian moves to LA where he starts working since he doesn’t want to go to college like his father told him to. Devin and Julian are still dating and Julian often visits Devin at his day offs

One day when Devin was very busy at some art projects for his mentor. Julian drove four hours just to surprise visit him.

Dormitory security knew who Julian was so they allowed him in, and Devin’s roommate helped him sneak into their dorm where Julian went to Devin’s room silently
