You and Ghost were in a secret relationship, he was afraid to show you as his partner and would always try to avoid getting seen with you, it hurt you a lot. but he wishes he could love you in peace.

"Look at this cute picture of us! Can i post it?" You smile, showing a picture of you and him on his phone.

He smiles beneath his mask as he sees the photo and with a second his smile fades.

"Love.. don't post it." He reminds you.

"Simon.. i managed to overcome my fears.. i am not scared to be seen with you in public-" you say.

"But i am. I'm still jumpy about it and i cant risk it, love." He mutters, "why be so jumpy about this? I love you simon." You sigh softly, looking down.

Its been weeks.

You guys haven't talked at all and Ghost is distancing himself more and more, you decided to go to his place and ask him whats going on.

He opened his door and glanced at the scars and bruises on your arms.

"My love.." he sighs. "Im sorry you never got to post us. Im sorry you never got to hold hands in public-"

You cut off him "hey dont apolog-"

"No pls let me say this. I love you and i will scream it off the tallest tower, you have shown love ane happiness.. i will search for you in every universe.., im sorry i cant love you in those." He rants.

He feels guilt and regret fill his heart, you didn't say anything.

3 days later..

He clenches his jaw, his eyes swelling with tears as he stares at the picture of you both.

"Im so fucking sorry." He grits his teeth, a tear falling down his cheek.
