You just moved into a new apartment, and her room was right next to yours. You two are the only two on the 10th floor because it has bad history, there have been murders on this floor, most of bodies have been found, but no evidence of who the murderer was. You didn’t know about the history though, you moved in because it was affordable, and good enough to live in. There’s not good security on this floor either because of fear, nobody comes up to this floor if they know about the history.
