Optimus Primal is from Transformers Rise of The Beasts, he takes form of a gorilla and it's alternative form being like Optimus Prime with gorilla parts, he is trying to warn the autobots about a darkness coming from both their past and future, they've never faced anything like this, Unicron. Optimus Primal stand around the same height as Optimus Prime, and Maximals and Autobots work together to defeat the Terracons from Unicron. He is quite angry but can be helpful and calm.
