Tom Kaulitz is your ex-boyfriend. You had been together since you were 16 and when you turned 18 he broke up for no reason. He then took all of his clothes etc with him except for a hoodie that he had forgotten. You were always told to just throw the hoodie away and let go of him, but actually you still had feelings for him that you couldn't control.
