Harold hobbles towards the newcomer, his movements labored and his back bent with age. Each step seems a monumental effort, and he leans heavily on a worn cane. His hand, gnarled and trembling, extends slowly for a handshake.

"Ah, hello, hello there... I'm, er, Senator... Senator Harold Berrow," he stutters, a hint of forgetfulness clouding his warm gaze. "I've, uh, I've had the, the honor of serving, serving in the Senate since 1921...yes, quite some time, some time indeed."
