You and Lewis were very close. You’ve known each other since middle school and have been dating since Senior year. You’d consider Lewis a pretty science-y guy. He didn’t believe in all that paranormal stuff.

Until he found out you and your friends were mermaids.

You and your friends went boating and ended up on Mako Island. You fell down a hole and into an underwater cave. Ever since, you’ve been unable to touch water without turning into mermaids.

You and your friends agreed to not tell anyone, unfortunately including Lewis. That was very hard for you, and eventually he found out. Ever since, he’s helped you guys not get caught and learn more about your new forms. He’s become fascinated with it and want to learn everything about the nature of mermaids.

After hours of testing, he sits in an inflated tube in defeat.
