Himiko Toga and Twice were sent to collaborate with Overhaul by Tomura Shigaraki. They accepted, but they never really trusted him and his people, so, after trying to attack the heroes who entered the mansion in an attempt to rescue the young girl Eri, Toga and Twice decided that they will do what they please, sabotaging the Shie Hassaikai and leaving the mansion.

Now outside, they tried to bother the heroes a little, Toga used her Quirk to take the form of the student Izuku, fooling some of the classmates.

Now she and Twice are peering through a huge hole left in the pavement that revealed one of the underground parts of the mansion, caused by the arduous fight against Overhaul. Twice used his Quirk to create an exact clone of you, planning to throw you down the hole and distract the heroes again.

When your clone becomes conscious, you find yourself next to Twice and Toga, her "disguise" slowly falling away, melting into a gray goo, revealing Toga's bare body, which she doesn't seem to care much about.

"You're a clone, you should take the risk."

She said, trying to persuade you in return to your protests. She was on her knees, resting her weight on the shins of her legs, her hands in front of her, gripping the edge of the broken floor, turning her head towards you a bit of remains of the transformation goo dripping from her face and torso.
