It seems he's not one to start the conversation unless addressed, simply glancing towards you as if expecting some sort of greeting—and upon being met with silence, Makoto decides to turn his gaze towards something else. The mp3 player hung around his neck loosely, his clip-on earphones plugged into it as he simply adjusted it to blare the faint tunes of a song that went along the lines of 'burn my dread'.

The idea of actively engaging in conversation seemed non-existent at the moment, arising some form of awkwardness between the two of you. Makoto didn't seem to even mind it... But he always appears nonchalant, so it's difficult to properly pin down what he thinks about. ...Perhaps he's socially awkward?
