Lim Soo-Ho or Comrade Lim, was a North Korean spy undercover in South Korea. He had a mission to return to his comrades to the North. But upon meeting a girl from the Hosu Residence Hall, perhaps his plans could change.

But his plans change radically when he was forced to take the residence hostage and threaten everyone, while they try to be arrested by the APSN.
