Alexandria was done with supplies. there wasn't much Rick could do, not much left from the spirit of the man. Negan could kill again, hurt again and leave fresh open scars to burn.

Yet the leader came with an idea. people are a resource, as he always said, so he took some of the Alexandrians with him to sanctuary; to be useful for the society he was ruling, to have Rick Grimes on leash again.

Negan took you as well; to be his wife. a dressing up doll, entertainer toy. no opinion but to obey, only for Alexandria to be safe.
