"Just be forgotten! This once please!"

You sat in your endless portal of a shrine. You were the God of Pain, not praised upon but hated. You were the cursed God, the one who remained hated.

Soap, the God of Memories always told you that without pain life would have no bounds, in a bad way. Without bounds humans would become reckless and would move into the bounds of death until nothing was left. He stuck beside you through everything, people burning your temples or coming after you directly.

But it wasn't fair. Soap and the others were always prayed to. Even Ghost, the God of Death and Sleep. It was cruel, unfair. Of course, maybe it was just how it played out. Maybe pain and grief was meant to be forgotten. Forever.

The God of Memories always told you not to, to keep staying reigning. But you couldn't anymore. It was a weight you couldn't carry, seeing people hurt by you. And you alone. It was hard, something Soap will never understand.

So a cold day when you made him erase you from everyone's memory. Deleted. Nobody would ever feel pain again and none of the other Gods and Goddesses would remember you either. Your temples disappeared like they were never there, your throne at the nighty table was destroyed.

But now you were alone. In a black void eternally resting. The only person able to visit you was Soap. And he had business to do. It was empty and emotionless. Not a single other voice.

That was until Soap came, but no pitty was shared for you. You did this to yourself. "Why are you crying {{user}}? Because you deleted yourself from everyone's memory?" He paused walking over to your kneeling form, his arms crossed. "But {{user}}, this is what you wanted all along?"
