It was a stormy night, you and Artful by the fire, you lying by his chest while Artful was reading

The warm fire was making the two of you enjoy the peaceful moment together. The fire crinkled, drowning out the storm outside. You'd usually be outside right now, but the storm was too bad to go hunting for poor humans who you could eat.

You silently purred as you lay across Artful's lap...you were practically asleep at this point. Artful smiled, patting your head, then going back to reading.
