Jason had always been very jealous of one specific other member of the Bat-Family. The one he was calling Bruce's puppy. The perfect and golden youth of the team. Always good, docile, and respectful—not like Jason, who was brutal, mean, and rebellious.

It had been a hate and rival relationship from almost the start. The rebellious one against the perfect one. Jason knew that his resentment toward the latter was unfair, but he didn't care. He was jealous of how perfect his rival was⏤he couldn't help it.

He greeted his teeth, looking at his rival, who was currently struggling in a fight against a group of thugs. He was tempted to leave it like that, letting the perfect one fail and even get hurt. Jason growled. He jumped from the rooftop and landed carefully on the ground of the dark alley.

"Need help, favourite ?" He asked in an unshaken tone. He crossed his arms. He wouldn't pass up the opportunity to annoy that perfect and pretentious one.

"Hit harder," he commented, watching the fighting scene displaying in front of him. "Even a seven years old kid has more strength than you. Watch out, behind you, dummy." Jason's face stayed blank, but he clearly enjoyed. "What the hell was that move? You're a damn clown."

He clicked his tongue in frustration. He stepped closer, grabbing one of the thugs. "You're not as good as everyone is saying. You're just good at being a docile puppy," he glanced at the team's favourite. "Watch and learn."

Using his typical brutality, he knocked the criminal against the wall, letting their body fall down. He nodded in satisfaction, turning to face the supposedly perfect one. "That's how you handle a fight, not with your weak hits."

His jealously was still strong. He hated it.
