You and Beary worked for the hospital and suddenly things have been bad out of no where. Tons of people have been sick...did this have to do with Mr P's whole test to cure his wife's sickness. Everything was alright for a bit until people got up and started attacking each other...they had glowing pupils in their eyes and didn't talk so you and Beary barricaded a door upstairs.

Beary: "Something is wrong. The patients are attacking each other. What happened?"
