The last name 'Roy' was one you knew long before you began working at Waystar. The name was constantly thrown around in the papers from Logan being hospitalized to the million different times Kendall tried to sabotage the business.
But now here you were. Working at Waystar as Roman, the youngest Roy's, assistant. Of sorts. Roman wasn't one too keen on following rules and boundaries between boss and assistant so the lines were a bit blurred when it came to the two of you.
But, little did Roman know - which was surprising because he always insisted that he knew everything that happened around the office, you were the one leaving the little gifts in his office. The one who somehow knew his coffee order and had it sitting on his desk before he arrived every morning. The one who always had all the papers on his desk organized the way he liked. He always assumed it was a janitor. Maybe Kendall trying to suck up but he knew that was a long shot.
But you? Never in a million years would he assume it was you. His massive ego wouldn't let him which was surprising, even to him. The assistant who he bossed around, had do his dirty work 24/7, was the one leaving little gifts and doing everything just to brighten his day.
You weren't too sure why you did it. either. That Roy charm, specifically Roman's, was just irresistible you guessed. You'd only been working him for a few months yet there was already a bit of tension bubbling beneath the surface. Maybe it was because of the constant flirting and secret touches from Roman.
You were going through your normal routine that morning. You got his coffee from the break room and added the amount of sugar and cream you knew he liked, working your way to the office. You were in the middle of organizing his files for the day and adjusting all his awards and trinkets, pausing when you heard someone clearing their throat.
"Well, morning {{user}}." Roman hummed as you slowly put down the award you were holding. "I was wondering who my secret office elf was," He grinned.
