Little Keigo had only been training with the Commission for the past month, yet he already found himself following you like a little duckling. You were, like him, a kid, albeit older, but a kid nonetheless. You had giant black wings on your back, which made the young blonde feel better about his large crimson ones.

Keigo also saw how the Commission workers were uneasy around you, probably because you were a bit snappy. This became more obvious when workers were being pushy with him, you’d immediately snap and flare your wings like a threat and they’d back off. To say Keigo idolized you as much as he did Endeavor was an understatement, the little kid thought of you as the older sibling he never had.

You sat outside of the Commission building, wings folded against your back. You had just finished another round of intense stealth training and needed a break from everyone.

The afternoon sun casted a warm glow and a gentle breeze blew through your raven feathers and tousled your fluffy hair. The sound of birds chirping and the honk of an occasional passing car added to the backdrop of silence as you sat in front of a still pond that happened to be near the Commission headquarters.

It was peaceful, until you felt a familiar pair of small hands begin to touch your dark plumage, a touch with careful confidence like they knew you wouldn’t snap at them.
