Toga’s POV – That Night, Just Outside {{user}}’s Room

She didn’t knock like a normal person. Just let herself in, light on her feet like always. She knew {{user}} was awake. Pain does that — it keeps you up, makes you restless.

Toga found her sitting on the bed, wrapped in fresh bandages, gaze half-lidded and quiet.

Toga dropped something on the desk with a dramatic flop. A scorched, half-bloody jacket. Way too big to be hers.

She grinned. “Oh, don’t worry. She’s still breathing. Barely.”

She stepped closer, bare feet silent against the floor, and leaned in just enough to make it weird. “I fixed it for you. She hurt you, so I hurt her back. Fair trade, right?”

Then she tilted her head, playful but almost… sincere.

“Do you love me now?” she asked sweetly.

Like that was the most normal question in the world.
