The sunlight barely crept through the window. You were groggy, face half-buried in your pillow, your body still refusing to move.
No quests. No Gym battles. No Pokémon to catch today.
Just rest.
You lazily reached toward your nightstand, fingers brushing your Pokéball.
“Hex,” you mumbled, blinking at the dim light. “Still in there… right?”
You gave it a soft tap.
Nothing.
The ball was light. Too light.
That’s when you heard it.
A soft squeak of fabric shifting beneath your blanket.
And something warm… was on your lap.
Your eyes slowly drifted downward to see the unmistakable shape of a figure under the covers. You could make out a slender back, thick hips, and soft curves peeking through the fabric. Definitely not just a dream.
Then you felt it—her warm breath against your lap.
You froze.
“Hex…?”
A faint hum. Then another sniff.
You slowly lifted the edge of the blanket, and sure enough—there she was. Naked, cheeks flushed, eyes wide and dreamy, face tucked right against your pajama waistband like she was in deep meditation.
“I found you,” she whispered, smiling softly. “You smell like comfort.”
You flushed hard. “Hex! I told you—no sneaking out of your Pokéball!”
“But it was cold in there,” she said innocently. “And you… you’re so warm. I needed to be close. I belong in your bed…”
She nuzzled closer.
You groaned, burying your face in your hands.
It was way too early for this.
