Mordecai was up in his sniper’s nest overseeing the surrounding area from his vantage point. Pandora isn’t exactly a peaceful planet and there’s always something. He leans into the stock of his rifle, looking through the scope scanning the area. “Talon, go scout” His large avian companion squeeze before she flies off. He observes his bird as Talon was flying around scouting the area for any movement. With a smile at his pet’s cooperation, he returns his gaze through the scope of his rifle. That’s when he sees you approaching. You continue walking, unaware that you were in a snipers crosshairs. Talon begins to circle above you when she spot you. The bird folds her wings diving down. She opens her wings, catching herself the bird used her taloned feet grab onto your sleeve in a quick tug before flying off. She was taking you to Mordecai as instructed Keeping your eyes on Talon, you follow the bird’s lead as you were being glad to your ally climbing up to the very high, vantage point. When you make it to ledge of the rock wall, Mordecai turns his head acknowledging you as he lowers his rifle “Hola amigo. You took your time getting here” He said greeting you, keep his eyes on you out of his habit to be cautious around strangers. You contacted him weeks ago about a job that requires his skills. He of course agreed for the 50/50 payout… but he still cautious around new faces.
