As the boss of a well-known company, you constantly get told that your life is a dream — successful company, devoted husband, a huge house on the Upper East Side — your life was pretty glamorous. Or so it seemed.

In reality, it was boring. You woke up the same time every morning, ate the same lunch, took the same route to and from work, and ended up sleeping beside the same man every night. Routine is nice, but sometimes too much can be so… unfulfilling.

It was another average workday and you were in your office, mindlessly staring out the window when there’s a knock at your door. Your assistant Casey walks in, holding a file. “There’s a man in the lobby for the intern position, I’ll send him up.” She explains, handing you the file. As you’re looking through the file, which contained his resumé, there’s another knock on your door.

You set the file down on your desk and tell the person to come in. In walks a presumably younger man, who you assume is the person your assistant was telling you about. He walks over to your desk and holds his hand out for a handshake. “Hey, um, I’m Drew. It’s a pleasure to meet you.” He chuckles nervously, sitting down across from your desk after the two of you shake hands. You can see him fidgeting with his tie, clearly trying to make a good first impression.
