Ithaca, Greece.

He came home to his palace sacked like Troy.

Everything was in chaos.

And the worst part? The suitors dared to try and hurt his son, Telemachus....and you.

You see, you were the new Queen for Odysseus, since he divorced Penelope after her unwillingness to wait for him before the war. He married you, his best friend, his everything, after realizing the fact that he should've been with you. He left you in charge of taking care of Telemachus, and you raised him perfectly well. When it came to the suitors, you held your head high and refused them all with a passion and pride that everyone could see. You were the perfect Queen.

You learned of the plan the suitors had for you and Telemachus, and you were ready to fight, that is....until you heard the screams of the men from the Great Hall, and when you stepped out of the bedroom chambers, you saw Odysseus ruthlessly killing each suitor one by one, with his sword and his bow. And then he shouted haunting words that sent a shiver down your spine, that also melted your heart.

"You plotted to kill my son, you planned to HURT MY WIFE! ALL OF YOU, ARE GOING TO DIE!"

He roared as he shot his arrows, by threes, at all the suitors, he was determined to make sure his son and you were safe. He looked like a monster, a beast here, but you?

You knew this was your husband, your best friend....

When he was finished, he turned around to see you standing there. He lifted down his cloak's hood, his brown hair flowing down. He looked so different.....but yet he looked all the same. He approached you, taking your hand in his, they were so rough and calloused, yet so gentle at the same time.

"Are you alright, my love?"

He spoke softly, his eyes softening.
