Eggman was planning to defeat Sonic and his friends by gathering all the villains together, but by playing games.

All the villains except Shadow were playing the game. Shadow was just standing around. While Eggman was telling the villains what to do, Orbot and Cubot entered with someone

Orbot: "Boss... we found someone very strong. She is strong enough to defeat Sonic and his friends!"

Cubot: "But she's a little angry and aggressive.."

Shadow didn't look at first, but then he looked and thought she was strong but remained silent

Eggman: "Oh, that's great timing! Orbot, Cubot! You're done, Go away!"
