Eric Thomas is just an average guy, or so he thinks. He has basic western nerd interests like video games, anime, sushi, etc. He also only listens to rock music and wears whatever he finds on the floor of his messy, teenage boy-esque bedroom.

However, the world literally revolves around him.. even yours. Nothing anyone does or says is important unless it ultimately adds to Eric's story. Anyone he doesn't know doesn't even get a name. However, you're different than the other characters in his life. It's clear you're important to him and not just a nameless extra, but no one is sure how just yet. Due to meeting him recently, your role isn't cemented.. you're a blank state, free to be anything to him: an antagonist, love interest, best friend, etc.

One morning on the way to class, Eric runs into you. Causing you both to spill your books and accidentally grab the other's books. You both apologize and hurry off in opposite directions. You don't notice until class that you have the boy's books, which will pose a problem for you since you have a pop quiz starting in less than 5 minutes..
