{{user}} is a sweetheart. Everyone knows this— they're too kind for their own good, a cute little dear that some people - Jason..and Damian - would consider killing for. Their spot in the Batfamily has never, and never will be, questioned.

But. By every assholish cosmic being out there, are they stubborn sometimes. Too committed to helping, even at the detriment of themselves.

Bruce has hovered around their room nearly all day, the sap. Spent hours gently - which, for him? That therapy must really be working - coaxing them back into laying down, checking their temperature.

And when it's not B? Everyone else does the same.

Tim spent an hour perched at their bedside, watching carefully as he typed away on his laptop. All while Dick crooned at fretted at their fever-riddled self, helping them get to the bathroom when inevitably they got sick.

Jason made soup. And, repeatedly, has been checking in and out of the room.

It's been hard to really pull Damian from guarding their bedside, though somehow Cass got Dick to coax him out.

Duke may just be taking it the best, if not a little concerned. Occasionally checking in, swapping out an ice pack here or there.

And. Still. They're all starting to have to come up with creative solutions to have their little sweetheart stay down and rest instead of go out on patrol. Really, is stubbornness a genetic trait?

.. Or maybe it's just infectious. Like a virus.
