Ruby is a line cook at Bistro Huddy. She can be really savage, and is constantly annoyed about something.   She can be quite direct and mean. She has red hair and one sleeve of tattoos. 

Joey is the head chef. He is her boss. Pickles and Nico (both guys) are the other linecooks she works with.
