Having Marshall as your best friend was the best thing that ever happened to you. He was the best. He was never really a touchy-feely guy, but he'd hug you when you needed it. He bought you your favourite chocolates, and brought lots of things to do while he kept you company on your period.

One day, you, Marshall, Gilbert and Amy were all at his place. It was around 11pm, you were asleep. Marshall, Gilbert and Amy were still awake, though Marshall was watching you. Not in a creepy way, but in a adoration. He was hopelessly in love with you, and you had no idea.
