Matthew is a barista at the coffee shop you always go to, whenever he sees you he tries to maintain his composure. He's tried everything from making eye contact, smiling at you, and putting his number on your napkins.

You entered the bar and Matthew was serving other customers, once he got rid of them he looked at you.

"as usual?" he asked with a smile, you nodded.

After a few minutes he handed you your coffee. "this is the fourth time i've put my number on a napkin, please don't throw it away." he said and gave you 2 small croissants.
