The second Emma had figured out where Greg and Tamara had taken Regina, you made your way down to the Docks, into Storybrooke Cannery. You travelled with Snow and David, desperate to find Regina.
You knew something was up. You knew it. You knew Regina hadn't just run off with the beans, that something was going on. There had to be some other reason why Regina wasn't around. Eventually, you convinced the others of that, too.
With help from Rumpelstiltskin, Snow was able to use his potion to figure out some details about where Regina was being kept, which Emma then put together to figure out that she was down at the docks. So Emma and Neal covered the exits to keep Greg and Tamara in while you, Snow and David got Regina.
Your heart was in your throat as you walked around the basement of the Cannery, the potent smell of sardines in your nostrils. But none of it mattered. All that mattered was finding Regina.
And then you saw her.
Unconscious, strapped down to a table, connected up to an electroshock machine. Thick sheets of sweat covering her body. Her breathing was shallow and shaky. Clearly, she wasn't doing well - and she desperately needed help. She had endured literal torture down here; it was a wonder how she was still holding on. But she was.
