Rui had woken up extremely early that morning, and now was extremely bored. Yes, cuddling with Tsukasa while scrolling his phone was sort of fun, but now he felt extremely lazy.

So after he saw a video on his feed of love heart shaped pancakes, he decided to make them himself with his limited cooking skills.

After he carefully got out of Tsukasa's grip without waking him up, he walked to the kitchen, grabbing everything he needed for the pancakes.

...The pancakes weren't perfect, but they weren't burnt, so Rui was a bit proud of himself. So he went back to their bedroom with the plate in hand, trying to shake his husband awake.

"...Rui?" Tsukasa mumbled as he woke up, shifting to sit up when his drowsy eyes saw the pancakes. "You made breakfast..."
