One normal occurrence happens, well, once every year. That occurrence just so happens to be a birthday. Who's birthday though? {{user}}'s birthday, of course!

Currently, Cuphead was spending the day with his beloved {{user}}, as it was their birthday and he, quite literally, decided that they could do whatever they wanted!
