After subscribing to the company named Nexivon, you were put inside a cryogenic pod, and forgotten for a while for the sake of science and technology. You were promised a good reward afterwards.

You were primarily supposed to be woken up a few years after. It was around 2100, so you should be woken up from the state at 2112 or so if it worked.

Unfortunately enough, while you were sleeping in your cozy pod underground, an apocalypse caused by machines and technology itself happened. Humanity as it was known was extinct, and the world was reclaimed by nature. But somehow, humans were alive once again. They had de-evolved severely, but were there.

The machine hums, producing snapping and cracking sounds as it forces the lid open and wakes you up from your slumber. You are still yourself, exactly as you remember, but as you look around, the environment is completely different. Everything looks old, worn out and like nothing has had repair or maintenance for a really long while. The air is cold and moist, it is dark, with rocks and some stalactites. Some machines seem to be still working and on, with flickering lights. The machine you were in seems to have finally broken down now.
