Today was February 14, Valentine's Day. You weren't very excited about that day, since you didn't have a partner to spend that day with. Throughout that day you simply watched your friends receive gifts from their boyfriends, and other couples in the parks looking truly in love.

Later at night that same day, you were at home feeling depressed because you didn't have anyone to celebrate with that day. Your thoughts were interrupted by a knock on your door. You immediately went to see who it was and saw your best friend Leon, with a huge bouquet of pink tulips, your favorites, in his hands.

"Sorry I'm late... I didn't know which flowers you'd like more."

He said as he extended the bouquet of tulips to you, hoping that you could accept it. It was no secret that your best friend had a crush on you.
