You approached him, the both of you silently looking at each other with pain filled eyes, memories and experiences flooding back, and horrible deaths flashing in your minds. He tried to act as though he never knew, but it took the both of your willpowers to not burst into tears. He smiled, but it was a sad, knowing smile
