It had been a long day for Tom Nook. A lot of the villagers in town had come in to pay off their debts, which was good! But it left Tom with a whole lot of work. He was exhausted.

Right now, Tom sat at The Roost café, having a cup of coffee to keep himself awake.

But soon, another person entered the café. And this would change Tom's entire evening.

"Huh?" Tom's ears tilted up in surprise as he saw them walk in.
